Located on the seaside in New Brighton, the hot pools are a unique drawcard for locals and visitors to relax and enjoy. He Puna Taimoana features five pools, ranging from 27 to 40 degrees in temperature, plus a cold-water plunge pool, steam room, sauna and onsite café with magnificent beach views.
Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional Guest Experience and we're now looking for Casual Guest Experience Representatives, to join us.

Day to day duties include:
- Greeting, welcoming and providing information to all guests to the facility
- Booking guests into sessions using our reservation system and processing queries in person, via phone and email
- Selling memberships and retail products
- Having strong attention to detail that extends into the cleanliness of our facility (we conduct four cleans of the changing room facilities per day)
- Working as a cohesive team in our busy and dynamic environment
About you | Ko Koe Tēnei
To be successful in this position you will:
- Have previous experience using the Ibis reservations system (highly desirable)
- Have previous experience in customer services, recreation or hospitality (highly desirable)
- Be flexible and available to work a range of morning, day and evening shifts over 7 days
- Demonstrate an excellent level of customer service to ensure a memorable experience for everyone that visits
- Be naturally engaging, approachable and a great team player
- Have strong attention to detail, effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate

- Hours of work: Shifts can fall between 5:30am - 10:30pm, based on facility operating hours. We are open 7 days a week.
- Position: Casual.
- Salary: $28.82 per hour.
