As part of the Enterprise Lending Applicatiosn (ELA) , you will play a key role in maintaining, simplifying and modernising lending applications, making the lending journey safe and seamless for our customers.

As a Customer Experience Owner (CXO), and member of the ELA Leads team, you will lead cross functional squad(s) to deliver on our vision to create world-class home lending experiences supported by smart, intuitive and resilient lending applications.
You will be responsible for the experience and execution strategy, supporting your squad(s) to deliver outcomes with a focus on business impact and customer outcomes, shifting away from how we do things today and focusing on the future. You will work closely with stakeholders in ASB's lending transformation programmes, Personal Bank and more broadly across the organisation

- You have extensive experience in financial services and technology delivery, with an innovation mindset. Experience working with in Lending would be favourable.
- You are someone who can adopt a strategic view, enable others to share a vision for the future, and balance delivering new experiences with optimising what already exists.
- You are articulate and provide clarity, so others are clear about the work that needs to be delivered and are empowered to do it.
- You are excellent at collaborating with other teams to deliver value.
- You have an ability to harness your own knowledge of data, digital experiences and technology to connect teams to deliver business benefit and improve decision making.
- You know the importance of regulatory compliance and proactive risk management and have a solid understanding of how to manage risk within your organisation.
- You are results driven and have experience measuring value against business metrics.
