We’re on the hunt for a Sales and Functions Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting through to the Regional Sales Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own and be responsible for managing and maintaining our events enquiries across Star Group venues, including high-volume flagship sites like Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen.
You’ll ensure all events are booked and professionally managed with a focus on smooth handovers, maximising customer spend and delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving repeat business by nurturing both new and existing customer accounts, while maintaining strong communication with clients and venue teams.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Follow up with all event enquiries
- Front customer communication
- Capture all event and booking information
- Handle event booking forms and payment advice
- Support the Star Group Sales team in developing key client accounts
- Source details of all potential events, tasking future booking opportunities
- Support and assist the Sales Manager and Star Group Team with projects and tasks as required
This role requires someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience in a customer-focused or event-related environment.
