The role
The experience we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and strategic Head of Marketing and Partnerships to lead our marketing and partnership efforts across ClearPoint Group. In this senior leadership role, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, mentor a growing team, and champion our brand - while also being hands-on when needed to keep momentum and ensure excellence.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, practice, and executive teams, as well as manage key partnerships to drive joint initiatives and amplify our market presence.
We’re looking for over ten years of senior-level experience, ideally gained within the technology or professional services sectors. You will bring a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth and tangible business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the areas of lead generation and demand generation, with a strong grasp of industry best practices. They will be an exceptional communicator with well-honed presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
In addition to strategic oversight, the role requires someone who is comfortable adopting a hands-on approach when necessary - balancing high-level thinking with practical execution. Experience managing partnerships is essential, including joint marketing initiatives and partner enablement programmes that support shared goals and mutual success.
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising marketing strategies that align closely with business goals and growth targets. You will lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and budgets to ensure consistent delivery and accountability across all activities.
You will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development. At the same time, you’ll oversee and contribute to the execution of high-impact campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives that enhance the brand’s visibility and influence in the market.
As the champion of the ClearPoint Group brand, you will ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all channels. You will establish performance measurement frameworks, analyse campaign effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Managing key partnerships is a critical aspect of the role, including the development and execution of joint marketing plans and maintaining compliance with partner certifications. You will also work closely with agencies and external partners to ensure that marketing execution aligns with strategy and delivers maximum return on investment.
As a senior member of the team, you will represent the marketing function at leadership meetings, actively contributing to company strategy and reporting on performance. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams - particularly sales, delivery, and product - will be essential to supporting wider business objectives and ensuring marketing initiatives are fully integrated across the organisation.
