Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Head of Engagement and Reputation - Communications and Marketing.
We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to head up Engagement & Reputation - Communications and Marketing at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a globally ranked civic university.
You'll drive integrated communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement that:
- Build trust and social licence.
- Support student recruitment and reputation.
- Lead public dialogue in a fast-changing landscape.
Reporting to the Manutaki- Director Communications and Marketing, you’ll guide a high-performing team through change, champion storytelling, and provide strategic advice at the highest levels - including media, risk, and crisis comms.
