This is a permanent, part time position that is responsible for managing the systems and processes associated within the Health, Safety and Wellness function.
This is a critical role in our business and involves working constructively with internal and external stakeholders and delivering a positive approach to HSW in our business. It is all about supporting our team and driving a culture of safety. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the systems and processes associated within the HSW function and making sure that health, safety, and wellness are intrinsic to our everyday operations. It will be approximately 25 hours per week. You will be well supported by the business and this could be an opportunity to grow a new career.

- Previous HSW experience with an absolute passion for supporting the team you work with
- Knowledge of legislation, leadership, and processes in the HSW space
- Stong organisational skills and a constructive approach to problem solving
- Emotional Intelligence and the ability to build trust and influence in a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to meet and exceed expectations of our team
