What You'll Be Doing:
- Recruitment support: Post job ads, schedule interviews, prepare onboarding packs, and welcome new team members.
- Staff engagement: Assist with events, raffles, team lunches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Leader support: Assisting the HR Manager and ensuring smooth HR processes.
- Internal communications: Create clear, engaging updates across internal platforms.
- Process improvement: Digitize and streamline HR tasks.
- Event coordination: Support staff events like quiz nights, shared lunches, and other initiatives.
