Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.

About the Role

This role is a key member of the Regional Industrial Relations (IR) team and will be responsible for providing technical advice to HR partners and leaders on IR matters to ensure consistency across Health NZ. Such advice could include the application and interpretation of collective agreements. You will also facilitate effective resolution of industrial related conflicts through effective problem-solving approaches, fostering positive working relationships and minimising disruptions.
