About the Role:
Our Onehunga warehouse is seeking the first point of contact for customers. This office-based role blends internal sales, customer service, and light warehouse duties in a friendly, supportive environment with regular weekday hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
- Follow up with customers and support sales activities
- Assist with stock, inventory, and light warehouse tasks
- Support loading/unloading and general branch operations
Requirements
- Flexible to support both office and warehouse tasks
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade/distribution
- Professional, friendly approach on phone and in person
- Organised, accurate, and able to work under pressure
- Solid computer skills
- Full Class 1 driver licence
- Forklift licence an advantage
