Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
- Baking slices, cookies, cakes and pastries
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure quality standards
- Help with plating and presentation of dishes
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory management
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for food, cooking and baking
- Some experience in a commercial kitchen (min 6 months)
- A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
