Position Summary
The QQ Junior Zoho Developer/Trainer will be responsible for customizing, optimizing, and integrating the QQ application. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless system integration (API’s). Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team with the onboarding training and ongoing re-fresher training on QQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and enhance the QQ application as agreed with the Business Leaders
- Perform user administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the QQ app.
- Create modules and integrations with third-party applications to meet business needs.
- API documentation, implementing API calls, handling data exchange, and ensuring secure communication between systems.
- Develop clear documentation for system implementations and processes.
- Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues/bugs.
- Optimize and upgrade services to minimize costs and enhance system performance.
- Online training new Clients in QQ and the basic user experience.
Skills & Experience
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT technical and operational support.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, including Creator, Desk, and Billing/Subscriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho scripting for workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs.
- Knowledge of API authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0 and API Key.
- Knowledge of collaboration systems (Microsoft Office 365 required, Google Workspace optional).
- Customer support and training online (TEAMs) experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary circa NZD$60 – NZD$70k
