Job Description
We are committed to our purpose and strategy and through this mahi are seeking a Kaitaki Kaupapa Mātāmuri Junior Project Manager to support a large complex projects focusing on our exciting Z Rewards product.
This is a fixed term role for 6 months based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. We are seeking demonstrated project management experience in a commercial environment with the availability for a quick start and the ability to commit to a fixed term.
We work at scale and operate in a rapidly changing environment, if you are seeking a dynamic role focused on delivering value while utilising agile ways of working lets kōrero.
You will have the opportunity to
- Assist with project planning and milestone identification
- Create, update and maintain project documentation to support project controls and communicate project progress
- Arrange and facilitate internal and external meetings
- Assist with resource tracking and project reporting
- Project administration as required
- Provide guidance and support while fostering an agile mindset and promoting continuous improvement
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to Z
- At least two years’ experience of supporting large complex projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, knowledge of Agile would be advantageous
- The ability to work collaboratively, to bring others on the journey, foster active participation and build open channels of communication
- The energy to work with a rapidly changing environment and with ambiguity
- Excellent administration skills, strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent time management and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- A love of being the go-to, great communication skills and relationship building to engage with a range of stakeholders
- A natural organiser keeping all administration up to date

The base salary range for this role is $92,100 to $108,300 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
