Help us create a welcoming environment where residents can enjoy nutritious meals and exceptional service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with daily meal preparation under the guidance of our senior kitchen team
- Support the delivery of nutritious, appealing food for residents
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness by following cleaning procedures
- Serve meals to residents, providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and safely
- Embrace ongoing learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar role
- A passion for preparing food that not only looks great but tastes amazing
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service
- The flexibility to multitask and manage your time effectively
- A team first attitude with great communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with an eye for detail
- The ability to follow set cleaning procedures
- The ability to work on a rostered shift basis
- The right to work in New Zealand.
