This is more than just a role—it’s a chance to work on projects that leave a legacy for all of Aotearoa.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Hydraulic designs for large, complex, and iconic projects from concept stage to construction completion.
- Client Engagement: Build authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Technical mastery and deep understanding of local standards and regulations, including experience with the New Zealand Building Code and NZS 3500.
- Inspire and guide: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and enabling the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Technical eminence: Recognised for expertise within the Buildings team, with a proven track record of contributing to successful project delivery and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.
Join our team and advance your career by collaborating with technical experts on diverse projects. You'll gain invaluable experience, learn from industry leaders, and develop the skills to grow into future leadership roles.
