Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
As the Lead Service Coordinator you will focus on the delivery of a client driven community-based support service for our clients, who are based throughout the Southern region including Tauranga, Waikato and Rotorua/Taupo area and be an integral support for the Area Manager and the Service Coordinators.
This role will see you leading the service coordination team to develop and grow the service. A key part of this role is to ensure the effective delivery of services, ensure the operational processes meet clients needs and empower the service team to contribute to innovation and service improvement.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience
- Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate
- Full New Zealand Drivers License, with no restrictions
- Demonstrated practice at an expert level in an aged care, community or rehabilitation setting
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Competency in relevant Microsoft office applications
- Effective report writing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in group settings
- Proven team player and relationship builder
- Sound time management and prioritisation
