Are you someone who leads with heart, works with purpose, and thrives in a hands-on role? Ngāi Tahu Seafood is calling for a Leading Hand to join our Bluff plant - where kaimoana meets kaupapa.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Plant Supervisor to keep operations humming
- Leading by example and motivating your team
- Handling high-value live lobster with care and respect
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, fisheries legislation, and health & safety standards
- Training new kaimahi and helping them grow
- Championing Ngāi Tahu values in everything you do
What You'll Bring:
- Leadership skills and a team-first attitude
- Experience in seafood processing or handling live product (bonus points for lobster!)
- Forklift or heavy trade licence (or willingness to get one)
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
- Cultural confidence or a willingness to learn about Ngāi Tahu values and te reo Māori
