What you’ll be doing
As a Legal Executive at Oceania, you'll play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care and hospitality services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the conveyancing of Occupation Right Agreements for select villages, ensuring that residents experience a seamless transition to their new homes.
- Assisting with crucial reporting tasks associated with Occupation Right Agreements.
- Undertaking essential responsibilities to support the Occupation Right Agreements and the thriving Village business.
