- Hours: 6pm – 4am, Monday to Friday (timing is strict).
- Work with a tight crew of 3 + sorters to build loads and keep freight moving.
- Paper-based systems (no scanners, no fancy gadgets).
- Pay: $35–$38 per hour (top rates for top operators; under $35 if you’re still building potential).
- Career progression: from forklift operator to storeman supervisor, curtain puller, or freight dispatch.
