We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team in our Smallgoods department. If you have experience operating a T800 Multivac or AL Filler, and you’re someone who takes pride in doing quality work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Operate Multivac and/or Filler machines efficiently and safely
- Perform assembly and disassembly of machinery as needed
- Work at pace with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Maintain quality standards while working under pressure
- Complete QC paperwork accurately and consistently
- Lift and move heavy items safely using correct techniques
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience with Multivac and/or Filler machinery
- Solid understanding of machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods
- High standards for product quality and safety
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
- Be available to work Saturdays when required
