About us - Mo matou
Data, Analytics and Insights (DA&I) brings together all the work that revolves around IR's data into one place. We manage, model and interpret high quality data to give IR a deeper understanding of what's important to the organisation. This includes ensuring IR as an organisation knows how to use the digital and data capabilities at its disposal to deliver maximum value.
As a group we are shifting from being reactive and responding to multiple data requests to a group that provides proactive insights and intelligence that help guide organisational priorities. This is a major change that will require considerable focus and support.
At Inland Revenue Te Tari Taake we're passionate about Aotearoa New Zealand being a great place to live and work. We're making it simpler for everyone to pay tax that pays for things like health care, education and protecting the environment.
We are committed to keeping to the Treaty of Waitangi's guiding principles in our work for and with Maori customers and our employees, their whanau, hapu and iwi.
IR is committed to building an inclusive workplace free from inequalities, where all our people are valued, respected and feel supported to reach their full potential.
