Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with deep technical expertise and a passion for leadership? This is a unique opportunity to step into a consulting leadership role where your specialised knowledge and people skills will shape safety strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients and grow the capability of your team.
This is not your typical internal H&S manager role. You’ll be at the forefront of consulting, partnering with multiple organisations to elevate their workplace health and safety standards. This is a fast-paced, diverse consulting environment where no two days are the same. This role is a mix of client facing and coaching and developing a team.
About you
We’re looking for a high-calibre leader who brings:
- Advanced technical proficiency in health and safety, including audits and strategic insight.
- Strong client advisory skills and confidence in board-level engagement.
- Ability to design and implement practical, commercially sound, effective H&S solutions.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, in person and remote.
- Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
About the role

- Act as the go-to advisor for complex safety challenges, including board-level consulting.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants.
- Design and implement H&S strategies, audits, risk assessments, and training programs.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver pragmatic, commercially sound solutions.
