Industry leader Dickey Boats seeks an upholstery professional to join our growing team of high performing boat builders.
About the role:
The marine interiors team specialises in cabinetry, soft liners and upholstery. It is integral to the delivery of our celebrated, award-winning vessels.
As an upholsterer at Dickey Boats, you will have an immediate opportunity to add value to our boats. Key work areas include:
· Construction and installation of foam-backed liners, panelling and trims
· Working with vinyl, leather and an extensive range of fabrics and threads
· Single and double-needle sewing machines
· Creating custom foam shapes and textures
· Develop high-quality seating and squab solutions
Physical fitness and an aptitude for working in a planned and organised manner are prerequisites for the role.
Candidates will require organisational skills and creative thinking aligned with the company brand and workplace values.

The candidate will require excellent general finishing abilities and a craftsperson’s eye for detail.
We are looking for someone that has 3+ years experience in Marine/auto Upholstery.
A passion for boats and the marine environment will be beneficial.
