We are looking for a savvy marketer with loyalty marketing experience to join our Warehouse Stationery (WSL) marketing cohort with the core focus of delighting our Warehouse Stationery customers across segments!
Job Description
At WSL we believe in making it easy for our customers to make more happen. We do it by providing a full range of products, services and solutions for businesses, customers and students. Warehouse Stationery offers a dynamic landscape; multi-store formats/channels, consumer and business customers and segments.
Reporting into our Category Marketing Lead, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on creating brand affinity, engagement and delivering key campaigns – drive growth of our Bizrewards loyalty programme; connecting with our business customers through acquisition, retention and re-engagement programmes and working in collab with the other marketing manager to support our category teams in delivering multichannel marketing campaigns that drive trading, sales and performance for the category and brand.
Not to mention working closely with wider internal teams to ensure marketing activities are integrated providing a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a savvy marketer with a head for B2B but equally happy to change gears and dive into our retail trading side. Down to it you enjoy doing the doing, collaborating and connecting with stakeholders across the business. Your marketing background, experience in loyalty/direct marketing and trading mindset are key to success in this role.
Our wish-list also includes:
- Broad marketing experience – experience in loyalty/direct marketing communications highly desirable! Added bonus if you have retail marketing and trading experience.
- Intensely curious and inquisitive about the customer and buying behaviour
- Adaptable and flexible to shift gears from consumer retail to business customers
- Project management skills (managing timelines and budgets)
- A confident interactor and strong communicator – comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to gain alignment
