The role
Are you an experienced, energetic marketing professional with a passion for creating compelling content and executing impactful campaigns? Join our team as a Marketing Specialist and play a pivotal role in delivering integrated marketing initiatives across ClearPoint Group.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support campaign execution, create high-quality technical and marketing content, and contribute to strategic planning - bridging the gap between technical concepts and engaging communications that resonate with our target audiences.
The experience we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a marketing professional with 4–5 years of experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or product-focused environments. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of planning and executing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.
You’ll bring excellent technical writing and content development skills, along with familiarity using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, as well as tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to inform and optimise campaign performance.
This role suits someone with a vibrant, energetic, and confident attitude who takes a proactive approach to their work. Exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong organisational and project management skills, will be essential for success.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. You’ll thrive as part of a close-knit team, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where ideas are shared, and initiative is encouraged.
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging content across a variety of formats, including websites, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media channels. You’ll have a particular strength in translating complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling language tailored specifically for B2B audiences.
You will manage marketing automation workflows and CRM platforms to support lead nurturing and performance tracking, ensuring campaigns are efficient and data-informed. This includes supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and event channels.
Your work will be grounded in insight, drawing on market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning and broader strategic decisions. Collaborating with subject matter experts will be key to maintaining content accuracy and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and tone of voice.
You’ll also work closely with external agencies - across SEO, paid media, and creative - to ensure activities are aligned with overall marketing strategy and delivered to a high standard. As a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, you’ll maintain strong communication and play an active role in supporting project management and team coordination.
What’s on offer?
Work on complex, interesting, award-winning and market-leading projects. There’s plenty of variety in the role, giving you the opportunity to carve your own path within ClearPoint.
We offer competitive remuneration with a range of staff perks and benefits. These include health insurance and subsidised gym memberships as well as access to yoga, massages, a dog- and kid-friendly head office, drinks and snacks, barista coffee, and lots of opportunity to take part in team sports and other events if you fancy.
At ClearPoint we support flexible or remote working arrangements where appropriate that enable you to balance your work, life and passions. We have a number of ways to help us all stay connected, regardless of where you’re working from - Slack and Google Meet are key!
What you’ll be working with (tech, tools and more!)
We have a BYOD policy at ClearPoint to allow you to utilise whatever tech takes your fancy. For our permanent staff, we provide a yearly BYOD allowance and phone allowance, so you can choose the tech that best suits your needs.
All our permanent staff get an annual training and professional development budget for books, courses and conferences.
