What you'll do:
This internship reports to the Engineering Manager - Mechanical. Based at our Huntly site, you will work alongside our engineers, assisting with maintenance and project engineering tasks. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to a range of technical activities, helping you build practical skills in a dynamic environment.
You'll collaborate closely with team members to provide engineering support for troubleshooting and investigations of technical assets. Additionally, you'll assist with major maintenance outages, supporting tasks such as developing work scopes, budgeting, contractor liaison, time management, commissioning, and stakeholder engagement, while gaining insight into the leadership aspects of engineering projects.

Internship period: November 2025 to February 2026, with some flexibility provided (400 hours to be completed).
What you'll need:
- Enrolled in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Applicants must have completed at least one year of their degree program and be enrolled in their second year or higher
- Previous workplace experience is desirable but not a requirement
- Keen to learn, brings a positive attitude and willingness to contribute
- Great communication skills
- Full driver's licence
- Available for the whole internship duration from November 2025 - February 2026.
