- Permanent Position - 32 Hours per Week
This is a permanent role working 4 days per week (32 hours) between Monday and Friday, with rostered hours falling between 7:30am and 5:30pm.

About the position and you:
As a Medical Receptionist/Administrator, you will report to the Medical Centre Manager and will enjoy exposure to the following and more:
- Greeting and checking in patients on arrival
- Liaising with patients and the public both in-person and over phone/email
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking appointments
- Invoicing and collecting patient fees
- General administrative support
- Cash handling
You will bring to the role:
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Customer service excellence
- Proficient computer and IT literacy
- Experience in administration (medical preferred but not required)
- Friendly, professional, and reliable approach
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with NZ Practice Management Systems (desirable)
