You’ll bring an unmatched resilience that drives you to help each and every individual you interact with, be it patient or team, achieve their best possible outcome, no matter the circumstances. You’re a people person, comfortable speaking and working with a wide range of individuals from all sorts of different backgrounds. Compassion and empathy is vital to this roles, as one of the first faces to see each patient as they visit the clinic. Your experience in this space will make you the perfect first point of call for both patients and staff. You’ll be confident working independently, and always energised to work – across a variety of hours, and in tougher spots, but always for a cause that’s worth it. There’s no doubt you’ll be faced with some tough situations in this role, but always have the support of a friendly team behind you.
Of course, you’ll also comfortable with:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Liaison with clinicians
- Strong data entry skills required; experience with Medtech is an advantage.
- Invoicing
- General administration
- Working across different shift times, 8-8 Monday - Sunday, including a mixed roster
