Right now, we need a Member Services Consultant to join our Member Services team at our office based in Les Mills, Hutt City.
Reporting to the National Member Services Team Leader, you will be working as part of a team whose aim is to deliver outstanding service to our 12 clubs around the country, and ultimately our 50,000 members. Your exceptional customer service by phone and email will enhance member relations and improve member retention rates.
A key focus for the role is resolving member issues/inquiries, managing member contracts, monitoring billing and assisting in the correction of failed membership accounts. This is where your strong administration and communication skills will come in to play!
You will ideally:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (well-spoken, clear English is essential)
- Love working with people and have the ability to stay calm and problem solve, even when under pressure
- Have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and be confident in working with systems (we have an in-house CRM system) as well Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle
- 1-2 years' work experience (entry level - a great opportunity to get your foot in the door for office-based work or a new career path)

This role is full-time for 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Remuneration $53,040 ($25.50 per hour) + free gym membership.
