Casual Position | Moana Pool and Te Puna o Whakaehu

Join our team at DCC Pools and make a positive impact on the health and fitness of the Dunedin community!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Aqua Fitness Instructor to join us on a casual basis, with shifts available as and when required. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly around other commitments, with the potential to pick up additional shifts across our two locations: Moana Pool and Te Puna o Whakaehu.

What you'll do:

• Lead and inspire participants in dynamic aqua fitness classes

• Plan and tailor sessions to meet the needs and goals of your clients

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants

• Gather feedback and make improvements to continually enhance the programme

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and engaging presence, with excellent communication skills

• Is confident in leading group sessions and guiding participants

• Can adapt classes to suit a variety of fitness levels and abilities

• Experience in group fitness or aquatics is a plus, but not essential - we'll provide full training for the right candidate.
