ABOUT THE ROLE

As our National Retail Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way customers interact with our brand across all retail touchpoints. With a laser focus on operational excellence, customer engagement, and team development, you’ll lead the charge in creating an unparalleled in-store experience that keeps customers coming back.
In this high-profile leadership role, you will:
- Set the Standard: Define and drive our retail excellence, ensuring every Typo store delivers an exceptional, seamless customer experience.
- Lead with Vision: Lead our teams with genuine care and remain focused on elevating retail operations, sales techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory management to maximize store performance.
- Develop our future leaders: Invest in the growth of retail leaders by providing mentorship, training, and career development opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent.
- We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded, customer centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Your experience in retail leadership, business growth, and team development will set you apart. Reporting to Typo’s Global Head of Retail and leading retail, merch and VM, this is a rare opportunity to shape the next generation of Typo in New Zealand.
