Sales Manager
Heritage Lifecare are looking for an experienced and energetic National Sales Manager with strong relationship skills and a proven sales track record to work closely with our teams to offer Heritage Lifecare’s products and services with a focus on providing more value-add services. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your previous experience in coaching and fostering a strong customer-centric sales culture.
If you have successful sales experience and understand the importance of providing care services, we want to talk to you! This permanent full-time opportunity offers an attractive annual salary plus incentives.
You will need to be a flexible and driven individual who can build rapport with our teams to provide support and coaching on the importance of selling techniques and achieving care room and village sales. You will be a high achiever, drive to exceed sale KPIs, and perpetually find ways to engage with our teams, prospective residents and their communities to generate leads and convert sales.
As a team player, you will work well with the Sales Team, Regional Business Managers and Care Home and Village Managers across Heritage’s 42 Care Homes and 20 Villages nationwide.
