About The Role:
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and department heads to understand business goals and operational challenges, identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced data visibility.
- Leverage NetSuite workflows to streamline business processes, configure and maintain saved searches and reports, and create dashboard alerts to notify teams of critical actions and KPIs.
- Identify areas where automation and optimisation within NetSuite can drive cost savings and efficiency, continuously assess workflow bottlenecks and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Analyse NetSuite reports to provide the executive team with insights into business performance, developing KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of operational changes.
- Assist with documentation of key processes within ECL to ensure a smooth transition to NetSuite, providing training and ongoing support to end-users within the organization.
About You:
- You will have 5+ years as a NetSuite Administrator or Specialist, with hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (financials, inventory management, CRM) and the ability to integrate and optimise them for organisational efficiency.
- Ability to understand complex business data and provide actionable insights to improve processes and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle different priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure, with exceptional organisational skills.
