About the role:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration of Salesforce which includes system configuration (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, releases etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end user training and data integrations, ensuring data integrity plus support of existing capabilities.
This role collaborates with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will be working closely with other Salesforce administrators and developers providing guidance to the team while being hands on.
Your main responsibilities:
Responsible for end user support of the Salesforce multi cloud platform.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
Identify production risks and areas for improvement, prioritises, designs and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
Develop and implement training for end users. Create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce business applications.
About you:
Over 3+ years of experience developing and managing the Salesforce ecosystem with multi cloud experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows in Salesforce.
Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction.
Strong organisational/time management skills; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
