As an Online Shopping & Delivery Assistant, you’ll play a vital dual role:
You’ll spend part of your shift picking and packing online orders in-store and then delivering them safely and promptly to our customers’ doors. You’ll be a key part of creating a smooth and positive shopping experience from screen to doorstep.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing online orders with care and accuracy
- Delivering customer orders on time, safely, and professionally
- Representing our store with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Providing great service that keeps customers coming back
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Looking for consistent part-time hours (perfect for Uni students or anyone seeking extra income)
- A confident driver with a full, clean NZ driver’s licence
- Physically fit – able to lift and carry heavy items
- Detail-focused, reliable, and customer-service driven
- Comfortable using basic technology and in-store systems
