Contour Roofing & Aluminium Joinery is a trusted name across the Top of the South, known for delivering premium outdoor living solutions, joinery, and custom aluminium systems. We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Patio Products and Aluminium Joinery Fabricator to join our Nelson-based manufacturing team.
About the Role
As a key member of our manufacturing team, you’ll be responsible for fabricating high-quality louvre systems, patio products, and garage doors. This hands-on role involves interpreting technical drawings, preparing and cutting aluminium materials, and assembling complete systems to exacting standards. You’ll also support broader fabrication work in windows and doors when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative workshop environment, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality products every time.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in aluminium fabrication (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of saws, drills, punches, and fabrication tools
- High attention to detail and quality assurance
- A valid Class 1 driver’s licence (trailer experience preferred)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
