About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join our collaborative shared services team, delivering accurate, timely, and people-focused payroll support across multiple service areas. In this pivotal role, you'll manage data input and employee reimbursement functions with a strong emphasis on communication, customer service, and efficiency within set Service Level Agreements. Working in alignment with HealthSource and Health New Zealand policies and procedures, you'll play a key part in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement while supporting your payroll colleagues in delivering seamless service.
About the Team/Service/ Location
As Healthsource, you'll join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Team Leader based at our Staff Service Centre in Penrose, where a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset drives our success.
About you
With ideally over two years of experience in payroll and accounts, you will bring both practical expertise and strong academic credentials, including graduate and postgraduate qualifications in business. You are a team player with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and a keen eye for detail.
