About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership to the Heath NZ - Hutt Valley payroll team and to ensure timely and efficient processing of the payroll.
Health NZ Payroll is currently undergoing some significant national change to ensure consistency, compliance and a more efficient delivery of payroll and reporting. You will be key to implementing the delivery these changes and supporting the team through this exciting period. The salary for this position PSA Admin Band 7, Grade 1-7.

About you
It is essential that you have
- Extensive people leadership experience
- 10+ years NZ payroll experience
- A minimum of 5 years - experience in a large complex payroll environment
- 5+ years working in an environment with multiple collective agreements
- Sound written and oral communication skills
