Get ready to bring your A-game! As the Personal Assistant to the Consumer Chief Operating Officer & Head of Segments, you'll be the ultimate multi-tasking rockstar who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. Think complex diaries, meeting and event coordination, documentation prep, travel bookings, and finance admin - and that's just the tip of the iceberg. You'll be a master of minute-taking, action tracking, and ensuring the Leadership team are always one step ahead.
But that's not all - you'll also be the Team Co-ordinator extraordinaire, facilitating communication, driving process improvements, and keeping projects on track like a boss. Email triage, people admin, and workflow management will be your bread and butter. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
You will bring a proactive and self-motivated approach to the role, with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail, coupled with:
- Several years' experience in large complex, corporate environments as a Personal Assistant supporting a Senior Manager or Executive
- Organisational and team management skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time constrained environment at pace, with composure and professionalism
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders with the strictest confidentiality and discretion
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, One Notes, Teams, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat (essential)
- Problem-solving and adaptability: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Relevant tertiary qualification such as Business Administration or related field (preferred)
