Essential Skills required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in large Poultry farm industry
- Be able to read Standard Operating Procedures and follow them with care
- Have good basic maths for working in hatchery, counting chicks
- Experience with animal welfare and be able to identify health issues
- Experience with machinery, conveyor belts, feeding and watering systems
- Understanding of machinery and be able determine faults
- Ability to work fast and under pressure
- Excellent English and be able to understand instructions
- Health and Safety conscious
- Be able to work in hot conditions
- Physically fit
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and team orientated mindset
