About the role | Ko te tūranga mahi

As a Trustee in the PPPR Team, you'll work closely with Relationship Managers and the Team Lead to support customers when Public Trust is appointed by the Family Court to act as Property Manager. You'll provide high-quality administrative support, help triage new referrals, and contribute to a compassionate and collaborative team culture.

  • Support Relationship Managers and Team Lead with administrative tasks including court reports, financial statements, property maintenance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying needs, resolving issues, and helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure sensitive information is handled securely and ethically.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the PPPR Team, Customer Centres, Client Accounting, and Legal to provide seamless service.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support others to thrive

The base salary for this role is $75,387 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution.

  • Proven experience in a Trustee role and a desire to advance your career.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work at pace within tight timeframes.
  • Experience using Nav1 and familiarity with PPPR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with professional empathy and resilience.
  • High integrity, discretion, and tact in handling confidential matters
