We're looking for a passionate Pricing & Portfolio Analyst to join our Performance & Pricing tīma (team). You will provide efficient and effective pricing analysis and drive excellent customer and business outcomes while balancing appropriate risk/return measures.

What are the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
This role is a mixture of assessing and decisioning pricing for home lending deals and working with our Portfolio Performance and Pricing Partners to produce and provide data backed insights to our stakeholders.
- Perform deal analysis, offer options and recommendations to ensure effective use of delegated pricing authority.
- Utilising pricing and product reporting to deliver insight to key stakeholders in the wider business to enable better pricing outcomes.
- Support portfolio and financial modelling to contribute to the strategic analysis in identifying high opportunity areas across the portfolio.
- Support numerical analysis of the portfolio across a range of dimensions, using data down to the customer, banker and account level and combining disparate internal and external data.

Building a broad network of strong relationships with our banker population.

We are seeking a team member with strong communication skills and ability to build great working relationships. Someone who is decisive and curious by nature.
- Strong analytically minded individual with modelling skills.
- Experience in solving commercial challenges through data and insights.
- Experience in financial and/or strategic analysis and communicating clear insights.
