Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity
As Principal Advisor - Sector Relationships and Partnerships Practice, you'll provide support and advice that enables K inga Ora to develop and maintain strategically significant relationships and partnerships.
A natural collaborator, you'll work across the organisation to lead initiatives that strengthen our partnerships with iwi, government agencies, and community stakeholders. You'll champion best practice in partnering and relationship management across K inga Ora, building capability and capacity, and embedding our Tuia Te Muka Tangata Partnership Practice Framework to support the delivery of our strategic goals.
Through developing and implementing frameworks, tools and training you'll build partnership capability and capacity, while maintaining the He P taka Herenga relationship management tool to ensure data quality and support its use across the organisation.
The role will see you work to support and connect K inga Ora relationship holders with key organisations and sector groups, including local authorities, NGOs and peak bodies, government agencies and iwi and ropu M ori. Additionally, you will represent K inga Ora in external forums, championing excellence in partnership practice.
Ng pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in strategic partnership roles, ideally with Partnership Brokers Association accreditation.
- Deep understanding of partnering methodologies and frameworks.
- Well-developed relationship building skills, with a collaborative approach and experience working with senior leaders.
- Knowledge of Te Ao M ori, Te Reo, and the Treaty of Waitangi partnership obligations.
