Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Account Managers and Client Service Managers to grow and retain business
  • Showcasing Canon Print Hub capabilities in client meetings
  • Building strong relationships with clients and outsourced print suppliers
  • Overseeing the full print production process—from consultation to delivery
  • Managing workflow, schedules, and quality standards to meet deadlines
  • Leading and supporting Print Hub staff while fostering a safe, efficient workplace
  • Ensuring equipment, supplies, and systems are maintained and optimised
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Meeting revenue targets and identifying new business opportunities
  • Providing accurate quotes, estimates, and invoicing
  • Managing budgets and ensuring profitability of the Print Hub

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in the print industry and knowledge of printing and finishing technologies
  • Proven success in customer service or sales roles
  • A track record of building strong, long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets or revenue targets
  • Proficiency with print production software and tools
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Printing Software, etc.)
