Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Account Managers and Client Service Managers to grow and retain business
- Showcasing Canon Print Hub capabilities in client meetings
- Building strong relationships with clients and outsourced print suppliers
- Overseeing the full print production process—from consultation to delivery
- Managing workflow, schedules, and quality standards to meet deadlines
- Leading and supporting Print Hub staff while fostering a safe, efficient workplace
- Ensuring equipment, supplies, and systems are maintained and optimised
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
- Meeting revenue targets and identifying new business opportunities
- Providing accurate quotes, estimates, and invoicing
- Managing budgets and ensuring profitability of the Print Hub
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in the print industry and knowledge of printing and finishing technologies
- Proven success in customer service or sales roles
- A track record of building strong, long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets or revenue targets
- Proficiency with print production software and tools
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Printing Software, etc.)
