Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Procurement Analyst to join the Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Use data analytics and tools like Excel and Power BI to identify procurement trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support IT procurement processes including contract negotiation, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Assist with financial reporting, asset management, and procurement process automation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective procurement outcomes.

Key requirements:
