Job Description
In this role, you’ll be leading the production team and be the key liaison between our studio and its external production partners.
This includes:
- Working with the Games studio executive team to develop production plans for developer agreements
- Proactively assessing opportunities and mitigating production risks
- Driving best practice production methodologies
- Coaching and developing your team

About you
To thrive as our Production Director, you’ll have proven experience in a Production Director or Senior Producer role, and have at least one game shipped in that capacity.
You’ll have a history of coaching and mentoring to get the best out of your team, and be able to influence and lead within a studio (including people who don’t report to you). A great communicator, you’ll be able to build working relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders - and then maintain them.
You’ll also need a high level of competency with Atlassian project management software.
