As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing plant ensuring maximum productivity and customer targets are achieved.

**What You Bring**
5+ years in a manufacturing environment
A down-to-earth , fresh approach to manufacturing
Prior experience leading a team on the floor — shift lead or supervisory role
Solid understanding of chemical safety standards
Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining safety best practices in a production environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Problem-solver mindset with a calm, can-do approach
Experience within the detergent industry or a similar manufacturing industry.
Note : A full NZ driver’s license, and a counterbalance / fork hoist license is preferred
