This NZ owned and operated chemical manufacturing company , is looking for a hands on Production Supervisor, who can lead a growing team of 15-17 .
As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing plant ensuring maximum productivity and customer targets are achieved.
**What You Bring**
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- A down-to-earth , fresh approach to manufacturing
- Prior experience leading a team on the floor — shift lead or supervisory role
- Solid understanding of chemical safety standards
- Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining safety best practices in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solver mindset with a calm, can-do approach
- Experience within the detergent industry or a similar manufacturing industry.
Note : A full NZ driver’s license, and a counterbalance / fork hoist license is preferred
