The role will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Project Delivery Framework, ensure the accuracy and usability of programme and project management systems, and establish robust onboarding and training processes to build capability across the business.
It will also drive the integration of AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making, while fostering effective relationships with system and tool providers to ensure solutions remain fit-for-purpose and future-ready.
The Programme Delivery Assurance Specialist plays a key role in supporting a high-performing, data-driven, and continuously improving delivery environment, as well as a higher level of collaboration across the organisation, cross-functional engagement and team-based decision-making.
