About the opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga Fixed-term contract until December 2025
Fonterra is embarking on a journey to transform the way we work. Through the CSoR programme, we’re delivering simplified and standardised business processes to support the Long-Term Aspirations of our Co-operative. At the heart of this transformation is SAP S/4HANA, the next generation of SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, which will replace our Core System of Record (CSoR).
As a Training Coordinator - Maugaturoto, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this transformation. Working closely with Site Deployment Leads and Super Users, you’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, logistics, tracking, recording, and reporting on all aspects of end-user training. Your work will be critical in empowering our teams to adopt these new processes and systems effectively.

About you | Mōu You are experienced in a coordination, business user, or support role, and you thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact. You’ve supported instructor-led training sessions before and understand the importance of creating seamless learning experiences.
You have a proven track record of supporting or delivering end-user training and providing post-go-live support, especially in project environments. If you’ve worked on SAP implementations before, that’s a big plus! Your familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and LMS platforms ensures you’re comfortable navigating the technical side of the role.
