We are looking for a fixed term Recruitment Transformation Specialist to join us at the Intelligence Community Shared Services to support how for the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) | Te Tira Tiaki and the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) | Te Pā Whakamarumaru.

About the role
Recruitment for the NZ Intelligence Community is different to anywhere else. As you can imagine, our recruitment process utilises a number of steps and technologies to ensure that we are hiring the right people to work in our unique environment. This fixed term role has been established to bring capability and capacity to deliver a refreshed recruitment experience across the two agencies. You'll bring your expertise working with recruitment technology to drive improvements in systems enablement, data driven decision making, and process and practice simplification to ensure quality and efficiency in how we work.
Working alongside our P&C team and key stakeholders you will identify opportunities for innovation and improvements. Using a coaching focussed implementation approach you will implement changes where required to ensure our tools and technology deliver the recruitment outcomes we need.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
Experience in managing a range of end-to-end recruitment projects from planning through to measuring outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in using recruitment technologies and data to optimise recruitment outcomes, including implementation and user adoption.
Strong planning, prioritisation and implementation skills; with attention to details and deadlines. You'll be organised and have an ability to manage multiple work streams at pace.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Change/transformation experience would be a significant advantage.
This is an office-based position with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
Expected appointment range $120,359 - $128,383.

Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.
You must:
Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years
OR
Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years
Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
